HWG Photography by Haley
“Photography is a way of feeling, of touching, of loving. What you have caught on film is captured forever… It remembers little things, long after you have forgotten everything.”
- Aaron Siskind
Meet Haley of HWG Photography
Unveiling the Photographer
Haley started HWG Photography in August 2007, after her daughter, Emma, became a boutique model. With a strong background in fashion photography, her style combines bold colors with classy, elegant scenery to produce a unique editing style that still remains unmatched.
2019, Haley published her first photography book titled, "2018 National Rainbow Gathering: A Photo-Documentary by HWG Photography," which is available for purchase under the "Shop" tab.
HWG canvases can be found in businesses around Historic Dahlonega, including Haley's famous "Super Moon" canvas, which is on display upstairs at Shenanigan's Irish Pub located near the Dahlonega square.
HWG Photography has also been published and featured in various print and online sources such as Sweet Grace Magazine, Sparkle Bebe Magazine, Model Life Magazine, and Chic Critique Forum.
Aside from owning HWG photography, Haley is also pursuing a Ph.D. in Cognitive Linguistics from Georgia State University.
Haley currently shares her life with her husband and two amazing little girls who have acquired her love of photography, literature, and art; her youngest daughter, Claire, also hopes to inherit HWG Photography, to carry on the family business.
